Trying my hand at banking training as well..

With all these years of banking experience behind me... I am fortunate to have an opportunity to train fresh graduates for banking jobs... Enjoying the whole experience.... 

Was away for last 5 days... So could not post... Very occupied...

One more perk of being self employed.... You don't necessarily have to compromise on your personal space when on leave or away from work....

What lies ahead.... The market seems to be improving.... At least from the kind of number stye leading banks are clocking and with healthy delinquency levels... This information gives a boost to the confidence levels as it only remains a question of meeting the right people now to get numbers... 

The perks of being self employed... No need to ask boss for leave..

Such a relief this is... No cooking up stories, no waiting for his mood to get better....decide and move on... Period.... 

References are the key...

Need to connect with all old customers who can refer clients to me.... Some correlation here..  I think this is better than shooting in the dark... 

A new month....time to touch base warm leads...

1. Warm lead hot created on the last day of last month... A very wealthy client looking to shift his loan from one financier to another...main reason being wrong commitments made by them and now not being honored... Also undue charges levied to him... The difference between verbal commitments and written ones... Common in this industry....

3. Task for today.... The case disbursed on 30th November was done with few OTC(over the counter) approvals... Those need to be concluded today by coordinating with the bank... Also few formats to be shared with the customer so that he can simultaneously get those procured while his case his getting disbursed..
