A new month....time to touch base warm leads...

1. Warm lead hot created on the last day of last month... A very wealthy client looking to shift his loan from one financier to another...main reason being wrong commitments made by them and now not being honored... Also undue charges levied to him... The difference between verbal commitments and written ones... Common in this industry....

3. Task for today.... The case disbursed on 30th November was done with few OTC(over the counter) approvals... Those need to be concluded today by coordinating with the bank... Also few formats to be shared with the customer so that he can simultaneously get those procured while his case his getting disbursed..
