Got a 5 cr file from an acquaintance.... But worried about the bank's uncertain payout processes 🙄

Have procured a 5 cr file from an acquaintance.... Only one bank can offer this much to that customer....so I can only apply there.... But my past experience with that bank till now has been very bad regarding the payouts... But do I have an option.... I guess when in doubt one should go ahead and just do it...
